Reservation Deposit

A deposit is required to secure your reservation once the dates of your stay have been confirmed.  This deposit should be paid through PayPal by following the instructions that arrive in your confirmation email.

Cleaning and Damage Deposit

A cleaning deposit for eventual damage should be paid as soon as your arrive.  The deposit is 100 EURO and will be refunded to you when you depart.  If necessary, an 80 EURO cleaning fee will be added to your bill.

Refunds

Your reservation deposit will not be refunded in the case of a cancellation.
